Originally named Essential Land, we introduced Essential Living as part of the initial rebrand to incorporate the community and lifestyle aspects of the offering. We have been involved in every creative aspect, from setting the brand foundations to creating marketing assets and hoarding design. Particular focus was placed on delivering an industry-leading website allowing users to take out leases online.
Working with illustrator Jack Daly, the brand was given another layer of character, with each illustration made representing a unique selling point of the Essential Living experience.
