From their inception KS4 have set about creating a company that does things differently. A company that treats staff as equals and delivers a service built on pragmatism and honesty. We worked with the team to help capture their story creating a new brand and a new website.

Working alongside the amazing team at Regal we created the brand for a new residential development in the heart of Wembley. With landscaped gardens and a running brook alongside the apartments’ edge we wanted the brand to reflect a destination that isn&#8217;t just for residents and businesses but also a home for nature, a place full of energy and new ideas.

The name Fulton &amp; Fifth was inspired by the neighbourhoods of New York, an intersection of two streets that frame a unique destination full of personality. The first building &#8216;The Brookline&#8217; continued this story linking to Brooklyn but also the buildings waterside location.
