A New Website for James & Taylor
SED were recently approached to design and build a new website for cladding specialists James & Taylor.
As engineering experts of the built environment, James & Taylor specialise in terracotta cladding and metal facades. They have worked on some truly iconic buildings, both across the UK and internationally.
The most famous one perhaps London’s Tate Modern, or “The Switch House”. With its chainmail brickwork and distinct look, the building acts like a natural extension of the art displayed inside.
Another one from the James & Taylor portfolio is Selfridges store in Birmingham. The building, which is remarkable on its own thanks to its unusual shape, is covered in bespoke round metal tiles. With these adding a truly spectacular finish, no wonder the store has become a city landmark.
Having delivered great work for over 30 years, James & Taylor have gone from strength to strength. To support their achievements, they needed us to create a website which would epitomise their ethos, communicate their expertise and promote their achievements.
We built a site that is sleek, user-friendly and easy to navigate. With galleries that showcase the visual impact of their work and projects. While the pages for Products and Services communicate the extensive offering in a straightforward manner. Delivering technical specifications and information with great readability. We also included elements that ensure customers can easily contact the team.
We’re proud to have worked with such a great brand, and to have delivered a website to match. Curious? Take a look at the brand new James & Taylor site.
