VERT – New Brand & Website For Build To Rent Sector In Dublin

We are delighted to have worked on the creation of this new brand setting the benchmark for renting in Dublin.

VERT is a new PRS company based in Dublin. Their brilliantly designed buildings offer a selection of 1, 2 and 3 bed properties in fantastic locations set aside unparalleled amenities.

The marketing website needed to stand apart from any other PRS development in Ireland. Our experience in the PRS sector enabled us to gauge the level of competition in our research stage. We then went on to create a website that would reflect the VERT lifestyle in its aesthetics and achieve its core aim; to rent luxury apartments to the community of Dublin.

Creating the perfect website

For VERT, having a website that could be updated by both estate agents and marketing team was an integral part of the brief. We worked with this from the start, creating a simple content managed system. We ensured it had multiple bespoke user access levels to update live sales availability and floor plans when necessary.

The website is simple to use and navigate and fully responsive to all device sizes. Usability and functionality is second to none and is custom to the VERT building layout. Search results are fully filterable, and each apartment boasts an individual marketing page. Furthermore, we included interactive building and floor plates showing availability across all levels with a few simple clicks.

VERT’s brand emanates from the site, building awareness of the company through its look and feel. We chose a crisp, modern colour palette of white and shades of green; this is a nod to the name of the company itself, and also to the refreshing alternative to traditional renting VERT offers. We’re thrilled with what we’ve created and to have played such an integral role in the birth of this amazing brand!
