The team at Urban Vision asked us to help with the branding of a new rental development situated overlooking the south downs. With Brighton just on the doorstep and easy access to London the scheme was ideally positioned for people looking for a bit more space without compromising on access to work.
With an environmentally driven specification including EV charging and air source heat pumps we set about creating a brand that captured not only the stunning location and open spaces but also the sustainable heart of the development.
We created the name Bridleside after the bridle path which runs through the scheme and as a way of reflecting it’s proximity to the countryside. We took photos of the surrounding views and created a series of illustrations that helped deliver a flexible graphic backdrop.
