2 addresses, 1 great opportunity – and one for both residents and retailers alike. With the highest annual footfall of any other shopping street in Europe, Oxford St is abundant with all the life and possibilities that London’s West End has to offer and Oxbourne House sits at the centre of it all.
Consisting of a best-in-class retail space (basement, ground and first floors) and high-quality residential accommodation across the four upper floors – this really was a unique proposition and one we chose to celebrate by positioning the ‘X’ (within the primary address) as ‘marking the spot’ to what was both an unrivalled location and offering.
We worked with illustrator Charlotte Day to help create a series of backdrops to the buildings location (between Marylebone Lane and Stratford Place), all of which were inspired by the heritage of the site and helped tell a wider story.
